Inherited a 6-node VMware vSphere 6.5 cluster with no documented network topology. Audited all 47 VMs, built the missing runbooks, and completed a staged migration to vSphere 8 with zero unplanned downtime.

Found a memory leak in a third-party middleware layer masked by a misconfigured NGINX reverse proxy. Patched, instrumented with Datadog, and established a weekly performance review cadence.

Conducted a full Active Directory audit, closed 14 exposed services, enforced MFA across AWS and Azure consoles, and delivered a written remediation report with re-test results within 30 days.
